All families that are referred to our youth programs will be requested to provide a time that they are happy for the program representatives to meet for a referral visit. This is an opportunity for the family to meet the people who run the program in the local area. During this time, the family can ask questions around what is involved with the program and the requirements for their child to be involved. After the visit, the program representatives will contact the family with regards to the first program day and any recommendations on how to prepare their child for the day.
